And because something can break, our technical department repairs every pair of pliers that we have ever manufactured. During the 24-month warranty period, this service is free of charge, even for wearing parts (excluding damage caused by improper use).
...we always process repairs immediately. As with repairs, so with orders: Deliveries usually leave our premises on the same day - according to our internal statistics over 90%.
If you are not sure which model is right for you, we will provide you with a loan device before you purchase a new one. You only buy when you are convinced that the appliance meets your requirements.
If you return an appliance to us for repair that is crucial to your production process, we will also provide you with a loaner appliance.
