1. Our prices are ex works Limburg - packaging will be charged at cost price

2. Complaints will only be accepted within 8 days of receipt of the goods

3. A reduction in value or repair will be charged for the repair of damaged parts from returned sample deliveries

4. The delivered goods remain our property until final payment of the purchase price

5. The place of fulfillment for all obligations arising from the contractual relationship is our registered office.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the Limburg Local Court

6. The shipment travels at your expense and risk

7. Changes to any of these points must be made in writing to be effective
