The company is founded as FF Fieberg Frankfurt by Heinz Fieberg.

1959
The development of the first fine staples for the men’s clothing industry. With the invention of the first manual stapler TEX-33, stapling, which is gentle on fabrics, replaces pinning and basting.
In the following years, the tools and staples are continually enhanced in collaboration with clothing engineers.

1989
The company is rebranded ANKER-TEX GMBH after the retirement of Mr. Fieberg. The sole managing director is Dipl. Ing. Joachim Hennig (photo above).

1990
Christa Hennig joins the company. In the following years the company increases its international operations in Western and Eastern Europe as well as overseas. ANKER-TEX products are shipped
to 58 countries.

2002
After the passing of the managing director, Christa Hennig heads the company.

2003
Her daughter Dipl. Ing. Michaela Kilian takes charge of the technical department after completing her engineering education.
Parallel to taking over of the sales of pneumatic staplers from RAPID, the company’s prior sole specialisation in outer fabrics is expanded to enable flexibility in catering to special requirements.

2009
RAPID also hands over the production and sales of its manual staplers exclusively to ANKER-TEX. Accordingly, the industrial applications of the staplers are increased.

2011
The development of three new staplers and the first presentation at TexProcess in Frankfurt.
The entire marketing and communication plan of ANKER-TEX is revised. |
